Alligator Processing
We will only be accepting eight alligators each day, you must reserve a spot through the website. If all spots are taken you will have to make other arrangments for handling and proper chilling of your alligator.
DROP OFF HOURS ARE: 6:00am-12:00am with a reserved spot.
Vaughan Gators, LLC was formed in April 2010. You are welcome to visit my processing facility, which was completed in June 2012 and is permitted and inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Food Safety.
I offer alligator processing services for legally harvested alligators. The alligator skin will be fleshed, salted, rolled and ready to take to your tannery. The alligator meat is packaged in 2.5 pound bags, 2 bags per 5 pound box.
We no longer allow 24 hour drop off.
